What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“Had a pleasant stay at RiseOn Hotel Sydney. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Facilities were good, though a few small improvements could make it even better. Overall, a great stay and worth recommending.”
“Pleasantly surprised. Reading the reviews we were unsure what we got into. But honestly it was better than expected. There are some sign of aging. Some paint missing on the walls here and there but overall we had a great stay. Friendly receptionist. We arrived early and they kept our bag in a separate room. Our room was very spacious. Toilets, shower and sink all separated. Small fridge, kettle, tv (you can connect to Netflix/prime). The bed was really big and comfortable. Efficient AC. The best part was the location, a few minutes walk from the central station, Chinatown, 40-50min walk to the opera. And the spice alley which was literally 2 streets away. We would definitely go back if needed.”
“Stayed here a couple of years ago under the Posh Hotel Name. Chose this hotel as I need a hotel in the CBD and walking distance to the Sydney Cricket Ground. The hotel front entrance looks a bit rundown but blends into the city street. Reception was a bit dark, despite being in the middle of the afternoon. Once you get to your room, it's not too bad. Super compact but all the amenities are there. Not the best but also not the worst. Location is the winner here, with transport, attractions, convenience stores, pubs and take-away restaurants all at your doorstep. If you need a central location, this place does okay.”
